Madi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in magazine journalism and public relations from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While at Drake, Madi served as Editor-in-Chief of her school’s award-winning publication, Drake Mag. She was also the Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Phi. Her passion for creating home and food content has influenced her career as a commerce editor, with bylines in Better Homes & Gardens, Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, The Family Handyman, and The Everygirl.
